1. Scope of Engagement
Sobremesa Labs provides boutique digital engineering and on-premise physical UniFi hardware installation services for culinary venues under individual client agreements.
2. Physical Hardware Deployments
Ubiquiti UniFi network racks and camera systems are installed on client premises. Equipment ownership, local storage retention, and administrator credentials remain the property of the venue upon project completion.
3. Digital Property Ownership
Custom static web builds and content created for venues belong entirely to each respective hospitality partner, free from vendor lock-in or recurring software licensing fees.
