1. Scope of Engagement
Sobremesa Labs provides boutique digital engineering and on-premise physical UniFi hardware installation services for culinary venues under individual client agreements.
Sobremesa Labs also operates Sobremesa Reservations, a table reservation service for partner restaurants; section 4 sets the terms for its guest text messages.
2. Physical Hardware Deployments
Ubiquiti UniFi network racks and camera systems are installed on client premises. Equipment ownership, local storage retention, and administrator credentials remain the property of the venue upon project completion.
3. Digital Property Ownership
Custom static web builds and content created for venues belong entirely to each respective hospitality partner, free from vendor lock-in or recurring software licensing fees.
4. Sobremesa Reservations SMS Terms
Sobremesa Reservations is a table reservation service operated by sobremesalabs (Sobremesa Labs) for its partner restaurants, including Azul Restaurant and Hacienda Campos. When you request a table through a partner restaurant's booking form and check the box to receive text messages, you agree to receive text messages from Sobremesa Reservations at the mobile number you provide, sent from (201) 584-4103.
Messages are about the reservation you requested and may include:
- confirmation that your request was received;
- the restaurant's confirmation or decline of your request;
- a reminder before your reservation, to which you may reply C to confirm or X to cancel;
- notices when your reservation changes or is cancelled.
Message frequency varies by reservation, usually 2 to 4 messages. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of making a reservation or of any purchase; you can book without checking the box.
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT, or PARAR. You will receive one confirmation and no further texts from Sobremesa Reservations for any partner restaurant. Replying CANCEL stops all texts and does not cancel your reservation; to cancel a reservation, reply X to a reminder or use the link in your messages. Reply START (or INICIAR) to receive texts again.
